multiple workspaces keep projects separated
Qbit replaces long email threads and scattered conversations & files with workspaces that let teams communicate and stay organized. Each has its own members and, of course, members can be part of multiple workspaces.
quickly create a team of relevant contributors
Quickly assemble all relevant resources for a given experience. Inviting colleagues to a project is as simple as adding them into the project chat. They instantly receive an SMS notification and are off to races...
user roles offer varying levels of control
Qbit offers 5 team member roles: Manager, Approver, Driver, Contributor, Informed. The role determines the scope of capability. For example, some one in an 'Informed' role can participate in experience creation but not its approval.
project level chats keep everyone organized
To keep all discussion organized, Qbit offers both workplace level chat (i.e. across all projects in a workspace) as well as project specific chat (shown here), that can only be viewed by the members of that project. .
question level comments enable rapid iterations
Any project team member can provide comments at the question level of a given experience. This keeps feedback organized and transparent. Once a comment is addressed it's marked as done, retaining visibility so action item status is clear.
SMS notifications & replies keeps everyone in the loop
Keep the momentum and speed rolling on every project by replying to any comment from any SMS enabled device. All conversations are instantly sync'd with the team chat for every project keeping everyone up to date & organized.
real time review, chat & approvals
Keep tabs on overall project discussion, question level action items and approval status with notifications threaded by project. Of course, individuals can toggle them off / on to suite their personal preference.
clear-cut account usage metrics & status
Qbit provides administrators with easy to use account management tools to enable self service wherever possible. From corporate address, to user seat, to plan usage, to invoice management.
